Applying for VETERANS Benefits
Pura Vida Divers’ Professional Level programs are eligible for coverage through the GI BILL® (Chapter 33) and VR&E (Chapter 31). To apply for your GI BILL® Benefits, download and complete a VA Form 22-1990. To apply for VR&E Benefits, download and complete VA Form 28-1990. You may mail a copy of the form to address provided, or submit the form online.
Transferring GI BILL® Benefits
If you have already used some of your benefits but would like to transfer the remaining benefits toward one of our programs, complete VA Form 22-1995 Once you complete the form, follow the guidelines at the bottom of Page 3, Section A to submit it. Contact us for specific details.

Submit the following to training.pvd@puravidadivers.com.
- All post-high school transcripts
- Completed DD-2586 Form
- “Certificate of Eligibility”
